Yuzu Kosho

Yuzu Kosho (Spicy Citrus Paste) is a very popular Japanese condiment having fresh flavor of Yuzu citrus and spicy flavor of green chili pepper. It’s fresh and spicy. A plastic tube used for this product is designed to squeeze out contents easily and it comes with the easy to open cap or try the larger sized jar.

Use yuzu kosho to add zest and enhance flavour. It goes extremely well with grilled poultry and fish but adds a burst of flavour wherever it’s used.
