Ponzu is a Japanese sauce made with rice wine, rice vinegar, bonito flakes and konbu. It is then infused with yuzu to give it a delightful fresh citrus tang. Ponzu can be used on it’s own or mixed with soy sauce. Try Ponzu as a marinade or dipping sauce.
