This yuzu syrup is concentrated yuzu juice with beet sugar from Hokkaido. The flavour is really intense. Enjoy it as a drink with sparkling water or as I’m using it at the moment, in hot water as a kind of yuzu chai. It’s great in black tea and for cocktails too. The uses are so varied and all delicious.
