Yuzu Mustard

The Edmond Fallot company has been making mustard in the Burgundy region of France since 1840. Their Moutarde au Yuzu is one of the recent additions to their range. It is based on Dijon mustard made in the tradition method where the mustard seeds are ground using a stone mill. The mustard is then mixed with yuzu and the combination is fantastic. This mustard combined with our yuzu agrumato and yuzu juice makes for a super yuzu vinaigrette that goes perfectly on seafood, green salad and avocado. For a limited time only.
