Each 100 ml bottle of Yuzu Bitters is made using zest from our yuzu combined with fennel, ginger, honey and a whole lot of other spices to create something really special, and just in time for all those delicious summer cocktails. A wonderful bitters, with subtle yuzu and relatively mild bitters, akin to yuzu zest. A great additive for mixed drinks – with gin or tequila in particular. I love it with Bickford’s lime and soda with ice. Yum.
