Kanyuzuri Chilli Paste is a vibrant Japanese-inspired condiment that combines the fresh citrus aroma of yuzu with the gentle heat of premium chillies.  Bursting with bright, zesty flavour and a savoury finish, it's the perfect balance of spice and citrus.

It's a cousin to Yuzu Kosho, and uses red chilli and is fermented with rice koji.
