Chinotto is a quirky little citrus mainly grown in Sicily and is the basis for the unique drink often referred to as the Coca Cola of Italy. Now you can make your own Chinotto Syrup using our fresh chinotto fruit. We only have a limited amount this year and they are so fiddly to pick because they are small and need to be cut off the tree and not 'picked'. We have them in 1 kg packs and we even have a great recipe for chinotto syrup here.
