Ingredients 

60 ml Fresh Yuzu Gin
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar Syrup
10 ml Triple Sec
Caster Sugar 

Method 

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with caster sugar.

Stir ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
