Yuzu Kosho (Spicy Citrus Paste) is a very popular Japanese condiment having fresh flavour of Yuzu citrus and spicy flavour of green chili pepper. It’s fresh and spicy.

Use yuzu kosho to add zest and enhance flavour. It goes extremely well with grilled poultry and fish but adds a burst of flavour wherever it's used.
