The company is more like a co-operative and the main driving force of the business is Okabayashi san whom we met during a visit to the area in November 2016.

We had the pleasure of hosting him when he visited our orchard in June 2017. His knowledge of yuzu is extensive and he was very happy to share this with us which has been invaluable.
