Yuzu Salt Edamame

Serves: 3 — Prep Time: 10 mins — Cook Time: 4 mins


Ingredients 

2 cup Frozen Edamame (in pods)
3 tsp Yuzu Salt
3 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (optional for heat)
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (optional) 


Method 

Boil the edamame: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the edamame and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain well.

Season: Toss the warm edamame with sesame oil, yuzu salt, chilli flakes and garlic powder.

Finish: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.

Pair with a cold beer or a refreshing yuzu cocktail for an extra treat!
