The 2020 fresh yuzu harvest is long over but the good news is that the fruit is looking great so far. We’ve got a great fruit set and whilst in the past couple of years we’ve experienced significant fruit drop, this year the trees all seem very happy to keep their babies.
Also we are excited to announce that the sudachi trees have finally started to bear fruit and these will be available from April 2021. If yuzu is known as a Japanese lemon then sudachi is the Japanese lime. Lighter on flavour but with more juice and less seeds than it’s larger cousin, it’s subtle and interesting flavour pairs particularly well with chicken.

Although fresh yuzu is not available we do have plenty of yuzu juice, syrup and other great yuzu products available throughout the year on our online store.
